    Description

A pair of handmade OOAK dolls by the incredible Dianne Dengel of Rochester, NY.  "DOWN ON THEIR LUCK" features a couple who could be homeless, vagabonds,  or hill people.  Both are about 18" tall. Their clothes look dirty and are ill-fitting. Both are signed.
From the Dianne Dengel estate: Dianne Dengel's dolls were created to represent people as they are - clothing may have what look like dirt spots or the hair is mussed.   Since she handmade each one, they are each imperfectly perfect.  Any 'imperfection' in the doll was the way she wanted them.  Dianne passed away in 2012.
