Lot of 2 Large Character 1x24 LCD display on a stand (DIY)

Description

Originally made by IBM for cash registers (Model 1342880). Very high quality stand-mounted one-line display with a maximum of 24 characters. We opened one up (pictures) to check the components, which consist of a standard 10 pin char module and contrast pot with circuit.  It should be easy to reverse engineer and use for a DIY project.  We did not glue the open one so you can easy map it out before gluing it back shut.  If you do happen to have the cash register this goes to great, grab these for cheap spares.  Both are brand new, never used sold as
