This ID  shows a photo of  DEAN WINCHESTER  and  identifies  him as "AGENT HICKS"
In the  episode "PACMAN FEVER" Dean introduces  himself and Charlie  as  "AGENT  HICKS  and Ripley"
Dean is  seen  flashing  his ID
This ID  was  made   by  the prop Department  though I  don't  know  if  this  one  was  used  on Screen
(Your ID  will not   say "SUNNY" on it..that is  to  prevent  image   theft)
