This hand carved antique panel is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. It is solid walnut including the frame. It was originally a door on a large Gothic buffet. It is stained to a warm medium/dark color. The carving is very deep and three dimensional. Overall it is in very good antique condition with only minor nick and scratches. Note that the key hole has been filled. Dimensions: 23" tall, 10.75" wide and 1.25" thick.
